The Early Childhood Workforce Wellbeing project is a collaborative partnership between the Delaware Institute for Excellence in Early Childhood in the College of Education and Human Development and the Department of Health Behavior & Nutrition Sciences in the College of Health Sciences. The Early Childhood Workforce Wellbeing project focuses on understanding and supporting the health and wellbeing of the child care workforce. The goal of the project is to elevate and support early care and education professionals. This work is grounded in the idea that interdisciplinary approaches are best positioned to support the early childhood workforce.
Funders include the Delaware Department of Education, Office of Early Learning; Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, and the Division of Public Health.
