Network services are available to all Delaware family child care educators. DIEEC Network Coordinators support family child care programs through various universal supports, including monthly community meetings, self-care, and resource sharing.

Family child care community meetings include monthly in-person network meetings across New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties and the City of Wilmington. Virtual sessions are also available.

Sussex Resource Center opens on the third Wednesday of each month at Little Einstein’s Preschool and School Age Center in Georgetown.

Make Time for Me self-care sessions are designed to support your well-being. We offer in-person sessions in all three counties and virtual sessions for your convenience.

What’s Up Wednesday is DIEEC’s weekly messaging service that includes updates for Delaware’s family child care educators. If you’d like to receive these messages, contact DIEEC by email at ecinstitute@udel.edu or by calling 302-831-3239. Messages can be received by email, text, or recorded call.

PLE Cohorts – DIEEC organizes groups of family child care educators who are interested in attending professional learning experiences (PLEs) as a group. These groups select topics and schedule dates, times, and locations that are convenient for their group. Interested in joining one in your area? Reach out to DIEEC by email at ecinstitute@udel.edu or by calling 302-831-3239.
