This report evaluates participation metrics and observation outcomes across four 2025–2026 initiatives delivered by the Delaware Institute for Excellence in Early Childhood (DIEEC) for state-funded childcare programs. Program engagement was measured through individual attendance rates and session completion percentages. Additionally, aggregate pre- and post-initiative classroom observations were analyzed by age group. Each section ends with an overview of participation challenges. The report concludes with possible steps to be taken for future offerings.
