Professionalism

This training will provide participants with a broad overview of the early childhood field as a profession and what it means to be a professional. The training includes information specific to Delaware’s vision for the early childhood profession; the competencies and qualifications required of early childhood professionals; opportunities to self-assess and set goals; and professional standards for personal conduct and on-going professional growth and development.
