Room 109 Directions to the Wilmington Facility Directions to the Community Services Building Parking Garage I-95 from Philadelphia Exit Delaware Avenue At light turn left onto Delaware Avenue I-95 from Baltimore Exit Delaware Avenue At light turn right onto Delaware Avenue • Keep to the left and do not go onto 10th Street. • Pass Washington, West, and Tatnall Streets. • Turn left onto Orange Street. • Make an immediate left into first parking facility (Community Service Building Parking) • Get a parking garage ticket and bring it to the office/meeting. We will validate the ticket for you. Walking Directions to the Children's Beach House Office in the Community Services Building • Leave parking facility and turn right onto Orange Street. • Follow Orange to 10th Street (the next cross street at the light). • Cross 10th Street. Take a left to cross Orange Street. • The Community Service Building is on your right. • 100 W. 10th Street • Go through the revolving doors. • Identify yourself at the desk. • If you are coming into the office, take the elevator to the 4th floor. Follow signs to Suite #411. • If you are attending a training session, ask at the desk for further directions.
